Registration Process
Step 1. Calculate the registration fee and prepare the required documents
Complete the Registration Fee Calculation Form on the conference website. Provide all required information, including your participant category, membership status, number of papers, and any applicable discounts or special conditions. If you are applying for a discount or a special registration category, upload the documents confirming your eligibility during the registration fee calculation process.
After completing the calculation generate and save the ZIP archive containing your registration fee info and all required supporting documents are available for inclusion in the registration package.
Additional discounts for participants and volunteers from Ukraine: Please check the PDF files below to see whether you or your paper is listed as eligible for an additional discount. If you find yourself or your paper in one of the lists, select the corresponding discount option in the Registration Fee Calculation Form and upload the relevant PDF file as supporting documentation for the discount.
Step 2. Obtain the payment details and make the payment
Obtain the appropriate payment details based on your registration category and calculated registration fee. Make the registration fee payment and save the payment receipt or other proof of payment in PDF, JPG, or PNG format.
Complete the online registration form to provide and upload:

the ZIP archive containing the registration fee calculation PDF and supporting documents;

the payment receipt / proof of payment.
Carefully check all information and submit the form. A confirmation of your submission will be sent automatically to your email address.
Step 4. Receive information for online participation
For participants presenting papers in online tracks, the conference organizers will provide the information required for online participation several days before the conference, including:

the link to the appropriate online meeting room;

other instructions for joining the online session.
