The following registration fee policy will be applied:

Prices are listed in euros and include VAT. The conference accepts cashless payments only. No refunds will be issued.
All fees and charges imposed by correspondent banks, or any other fees related to the payment, are the responsibility of the participant.
Students must provide proof of their full-time undergraduate or postgraduate status at registration. IEEE members must provide proof of active IEEE membership.
Non-members are encouraged to become IEEE members for the year 2026. Please, see information on IEEE Member and Student Member fees (depending on country/region and career stage) at https://www.ieee.org/membership/join/index.html
Note: One author may submit no more than three papers in total. The registration fee covers participation for one paper only. Participation with two papers increases the registration fee by 50%. Participation with three papers increases the registration fee by 75%.
For participants from Ukraine, discounts from 90% upto 95% are available if the number of foreign authors does not exceed 50%. However, for papers with more than 50% foreign authors, full payment of the registration fee is mandatory. Final discount value would be defined based on the following activity:

IEEE Ukraine Section membership;

EuMA membership;
-
volunteering within the IEEE Ukraine Section, its subunits, and events;

employment or enrollment at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University;

the quality of the paper, based on the results of the conference peer review;

best reviewers recommended by TPC chair for discounts.
