templates and instructions

The official language of the IEEE UkrMW is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions. Submissions have to present original work that has not been previously published and is not under review elsewhere. Papers should be submitted in both DOC/TEX and PDF formats, from full 4 upto 6 A4 pages in length, prepared according to the IEEE Conference Proceedings template.

Each author can submit and present no more than 3 papers. At least one of the authors (presenting author) of each accepted paper is required to register, pay the participation fee and participate in the Conference. The no-show policy for authors who would not present the paper or not pay registration fee would be used.

The IEEE UkrMW-2026 will implement a single-blind peer-review process. All submitted papers will be provided to two-three independent anonymous reviewers. All accepted papers, which are oral or poster presented at conference will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore Digital Library (Scopus and Web of Science indexation) subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. IEEE Quality Control of Conference Proceedings may lead to delays in posting the Proceedings in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, or decline to post some papers that do not meet the IEEE quality criteria. Please note that “No-show” papers won’t be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

For more information about registering an account on the Microsoft CMT and submit your paper, please see the Submission Guidelines page or use the direct link on the submission page.
